The professional instructor for the services and the professional face of the website is Izabella Kowalska.

2. Scope of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to West Coast Swing teaching and related services offered by the Service Provider on the website, through the related registration form, by email or through direct consultation. These may include, in particular, group classes, private lessons, competition preparation, online instruction, video analysis, workshops and personalized dance mentoring.

Each program's own page, registration information or direct confirmation may contain program-specific terms supplementing these Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration and formation of the contract

Submitting the registration or contact form does not in itself constitute automatic acceptance by the Service Provider. The service agreement is concluded when the registration is confirmed and the time, service and, where necessary, fee are agreed.

The registrant must provide true, accurate information necessary for communication.

Some services may also be provided online. The exact location, time and method of delivery are specified in the relevant service description or confirmation.

5. Currently published Communication class

A jelenleg elérhető program fő adatai:

• time: every Tuesday, 20:15–21:45;
• duration: 90 min;
• first session / series start: 2026.09.01.;
• location: Marble 17 Studio;
• target group / level: Intermediate · Advanced · Expert;
• drop-in ticket: 5,500 Ft;
• pass / package: 21,000 Ft;

Current price and pass information: Drop-in ticket: 5,500 HUF / 90 minutes. 5-class pass (6 weeks): 21,000 HUF. Early Bird until September 15: 16,000 HUF. Lady Styling + Communication combined pass: 35,000 HUF, Early Bird: 29,000 HUF.

Registration and participation information: You can come alone or as a couple. There will be partner rotation, but you can also stay with a fixed partner. Places are limited. Payment: bank transfer, Revolut or cash.

6. Fees, payment and invoicing

The service fee is determined on the relevant program page, in the registration information or during individual consultation. Prices shown are in Hungarian forints.

Available payment methods are specified in the relevant program description or confirmation. The Service Provider issues a receipt or invoice in accordance with applicable law.

7. Passes and program-specific terms

If a pass or program has a validity period, it is specified in the program description or in the information provided at purchase/registration.

The conditions for missed sessions, make-up sessions, transfer, extension or individual cancellation are governed by the information related to the relevant program or, in its absence, by individual agreement with the Service Provider.

8. Cancellation, withdrawal and termination

In the case of a distance contract, the consumer may be entitled to withdraw from or terminate the contract without giving reasons in accordance with applicable law.

Under Section 29(1)(l) of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), a consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal/termination without giving reasons for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. This rule may apply to dance classes, workshops or similar programs announced for a specific date.

If the statutory exception does not apply, the consumer has the right of withdrawal/termination provided by law. For individual cancellation questions, the Service Provider can be contacted at the izawcsdance@gmail.com can be contacted at.

9. Participant cooperation and health condition

A dance class is a recreational educational service, not a healthcare or therapeutic service. It is the participant's responsibility to take part in accordance with their current physical condition and to inform the instructor in advance of any circumstances that may materially affect safe participation.

If pain, illness or suspected injury occurs, stopping the activity and, if necessary, consulting a healthcare professional is recommended. This clause does not limit the Service Provider's liability under applicable law.

10. Minor participants

If a minor participates in a service, consent from a legal representative may be required for registration and participation in accordance with applicable law.

11. Program changes and cancellation

The Service Provider makes every effort to hold announced classes and programs. Where justified – for example due to instructor unavailability, venue restrictions or force majeure – the time or location may change, or the program may be cancelled. In such cases, the Service Provider will inform registrants using the available contact details and, as necessary, coordinate a replacement, rebooking or settlement of the affected fee.

12. Conduct and safety

Participants must respect the safety and human dignity of the instructor, venue and other participants, as well as basic rules of community cooperation. In the event of seriously disruptive, dangerous or offensive behavior, the Service Provider may restrict or terminate participation within the limits of applicable law.

13. Copyright and website content

Texts, visual elements, photos, videos and educational content on the website may be protected by copyright or other legal rights. Copying, republishing or using them for commercial purposes without the prior permission of the rights holder is not permitted unless otherwise provided by law.

14. Complaint handling

The Service Provider aims to resolve complaints directly and cooperatively.

15. Conciliation body

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact the conciliation body competent for their place of residence or stay. The body competent for the Service Provider's registered office is:

The European Union's former Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operation on 2025.07.20; these Terms and Conditions therefore no longer refer to an active ODR complaint platform.

16. Data processing

Detailed rules on the processing of personal data related to the services are set out in the Privacy Policy, while cookies and analytics are described in the Cookie Policy contains.

17. Governing law and final provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code and, in the case of consumer contracts, the consumer-protection rules applicable to contracts between consumers and businesses as amended from time to time.

The Service Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions for the future. Amendments do not affect contracts concluded previously, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 2026.09.03.
